I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return a piece of jewellery I had forgotten, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which was a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was so comfortable and inviting. the dining table was perfect for enjoying meals in the room, and the patio offered a serene spot to relax with a cup of tea. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the carpeted floor added a cozy touch to the room. the proximity to Poppies Cafe & Bistro and other restaurants made dining out convenient, but having the option to cook with the well-equipped kitchen utensils and electric kettle was a great bonus. Overall, my stay exceeded my high expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and accommodating experience.
